Dr Colby grew up in Holmen, Wisconsin, and completed her undergraduate degree from Concordia College in St. Paul and graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon in 1996. She loves reading, hanging out with her boys and heading into the cities to find new restaurants and book stores!
